Shipping schedule:
Each order is shipped out to you 3-5 business days after your order is received. If we have any questions, we will contact you by email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please allow this processing time so our artists can perfect your order. Custom made jewelry can take time to create, and we will not send any order until we are sure you will be happy with the quality of our product.
 
If you have a time constraint, or your order is over 100.00 US dollars, please consider one of our three express shipping options. We offer FREE standard international shipping as well, but we strongly suggest our reliable EXPRESS shipping methods that include insurance, tracking and speedy delivery.

Returns & Replacements
We are here to help with any issues or questions that you may have.  Please contact us for complete customer service.
All emails are answered within 24 hours. 
If you do not receive an answer, please assume that your email was not received by our team. 
We will of course replace any item that is incorrect or broken. 
Please make sure that the name you are requesting is spelled correctly on your order form.

We do not exchange nameplate necklaces if you do not like the font that you chose. 
Name Necklaces will be repaired free of charge for the first two months after delivery.
For chain changes and repairs after this time period, there is a $15.00 charge including the new chain and postage.
Gold and Silver chains must be returned with the nameplate for exchange.
